She brings a strategic blend of creativity, drive, and people-first leadership to every project she touches. Passionate about her work, Lyndsay is known for going the extra mile—often diving into projects late into the evening simply because she loves what she does.
Outside the office, she enjoys anything outdoors, staying active, and spending quality time with her husband and their two kids—especially cheering them on at their sporting events. She’s also obsessed with personal development and audiobooks.
Fun fact: Lyndsay got engaged three weeks after meeting her husband, Dave, and they were married five months later. Her key to success? Always put people first and do the right thing.
Karrie Smith
Client Relations & Communications & Executive Assistant
Karrie is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps everything running smoothly. She has been with Stafford Solutions for 7 years, bringing consistency, care, and creativity to every client experience. With a background in writing, strategy, and creative production, she ensures clients feel seen, supported, and successful every step of the way.
Karrie is a proud wife to Ken, and her favorite role of all is being Mama to her two sweet boys. She’s always on the go—with her computer in tow and ready to tackle anything at any time—all while making space for genuine, meaningful connection.
Patricia Veals
Operations Manager
With over 12 years of experience as Chief of Operations for a thriving small business, Patricia has a proven track record of helping businesses grow, streamline, and succeed. Her passion lies in making operations more efficient and effective so teams can do what they do best—without the chaos.
When she’s not transforming businesses, she’s keeping up with her busy family life alongside her husband Kenny and their three amazing kids. If she’s not at a kids’ activity, you’ll likely find her cheering loudly for her favorite teams—Geaux Tigers! and Go Seahawks!
John Woerner
Strategic Consultant
John brings over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience to Stafford Solutions. He has held high-level management roles, earned leadership and business strategy certifications from Harvard University, and served as an internal business consultant for a Fortune 5 organization. He has helped numerous Middle Tennessee businesses rethink their strategies and move from stressed-out operators to hands-off success stories.
A proud graduate of Page High School and MTSU, John brings both deep expertise and a down-to-earth approach to every conversation. He’s a trusted advisor, a natural coach, and a key part of the strategic vision at Stafford Solutions.
John lives in Spring Hill with his wife Anna and their three children. He serves as a deacon and Bible study leader at The Church at Station Hill and enjoys fishing and hiking in his free time.
Allison Burckel
Project Manager
Allison helps keep both marketing and operations projects running smoothly at Stafford Solutions—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to every client engagement. Originally from south Mississippi, she moved to Birmingham to attend Samford University, where she studied Communications. After working in several marketing roles, she relocated to Nashville at the end of 2024 and joined the team in January.
She’s known for her friendly nature, detail-oriented approach, and her ability to juggle a bunch of moving parts without missing a beat. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, staying active, and spending time with her family.
